No, SSBB Sheik is not a guy. But it is a completely different Sheik than the OoT Sheik, that one can still be easily debated.

My stand on it: OoT Sheik by game or manga, it's each individual's call.

But, that being said, I love this picture, but even in the official Brawl shots Sheik's boobs are smaller than that, PLUS their bound up and that's my only issue for the sake of accuracy. Love the accuracy of the costume, though :3
